热塑性弹性体TPV埃克森美孚原料

热塑性弹性体TPV埃克森美孚原料统称为热塑性硫化橡胶弹性体材料，是弹性体类的合金所以也有叫聚烯烃热塑性弹性体合金材料，有很多热塑性通用塑料和橡胶材料聚合分子链接相接而成。TPV塑胶原料，它完善了其他弹性体的抗老化、耐候、回弹性的性能，又补充了单成分硬胶柔软度。TPV有良好的弹性和耐压缩变形性，耐环境、耐老化性跟热固性硫化橡胶三元乙丙橡胶也叫EPDM的这些性能不差上下；TPV使用温度范围广（低温度可达到负五六十度，高温度可到一百五十度），材料的软硬度范围广（25度-105度之间）然而扩大了适用范围，满足市场需求！TPV比重轻（0.90—0.97），外观质量均匀，表面档次高，手感好。材料加工方便染色性非常好；加工方式也是多元化可用注射、挤出、模压成型等加工方法加工，生产效率高、容易成型，无需增添设备，流动性范围广、收缩率小；绿色环保，水口可直接回收使用，经过测试在重复使用六次TPV本身的性能没有明显下降，这样可以为第三方节省很多成本，而且还能符合欧盟环保要求。 

热塑性弹性体TPV埃克森美孚原料热塑性三元乙丙动态硫化弹性体的主要特点：

可与PP、PA、PC、ABS、PS、PBT、PET等多种材料共注射或挤出成型。
